Services Included：
1. Renewal of driving license class C1, C2, E (age under 70) (within 90 days before the end of the valid period or within 1 year after the end of the valid period)(early downgrade is not accepted)
2. Renewal of driving license class A1, B1 (age under 60) (within 90 days before the end of the valid period or within 1 year after the end of the valid period) (early downgrade is not accepted)
3. Renewal of driving license class A2, B2
(First Issue Day before May 1, 2004, can renew their driving license up to age 65)
(First Issue Day after May 1, 2004, can renew their driving license up to age 60)
(within 90 days before the end of the valid period or within 1 year after the end of the valid period) (early downgrade is not accepted)
4. Renewal of driving license for non-permanent Hong Kong residents, for those holders of People’s Republic of China Resident Identity Card and Hong Kong Identity Card.
5. Loss Replacement of driving license (within valid period)
6. Yearly Medical Examination for age over 70 (Memory Ability Test / Judgement Ability Test / Responsiveness Test are not included)
7. “Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles” application (by appointment)
8. Insurance for “Northbound Travel for Hong Kong Vehicles” (by appointment)
*** Applicants should have no unsettled traffic violations records.

- If applicant fails the medical examination, applicant needs to pay medical examination fee plus administration fee, a total of $570.
- If application is not successful due to incomplete information or discrepancy between applicant’s documents , applicant needs to pay a medical examination fee plus administration fee, a total of $700.
