第一條同意接受條款

1.1 為保障用戶的權益，請於登記使用香港工聯會跨境通聯服務中心預約服務（以下簡稱本服務）前，詳細閱覽以下規定。一旦用戶登記使用本服務，即表示同意並遵守以下所有規定。

第二條服務簡介

2.1 使用預約服務，你須輸入申請人的(頭4位)香港身份證號碼及可收發whatsapp的香港手機號碼。

2.2 每名申請人每次只能預約1個時段，申請人須於指定時間到辦證中心憑預約登記編號取籌辦理申請。

2.3 如若需要更改、取消或翻查預約紀錄時，請輸入申請人的香港身份證及手機號碼。

2.4 若申請人未能依時於預約時間到指定的辦證門市辦理申請，請於預約日期前至少1天更改或取消該預約。

第三條服務變更、中斷或終止

3.1 如發生下列任何一種情形，香港工聯會跨境通聯服務中心有權隨時中斷或終止向用戶提供本協定項下的服務而無需對用戶或任何第三承擔任何責任：

· 用戶提供的個人資料不真實；
· 用戶違反本協定中規定的使用規則；
· 用戶不按預約的日期、時間或地點到辦；
3.2 於辦證中心取籌時，將核對申請人在使用本服務時所提供的個人資料和申請人的證件，如不符，服務中心有權拒絕取籌給申請人。

第四條收集個人資料及私隱政策聲明

4.1 香港工聯會跨境通聯服務中心尊重和保護個人資料的私隱，並會貫徹執行《個人資料（私隱）條例》的原則及規定，處理及使用用戶的個人資料。

4.2 本服務所收集用戶的個人資料會用於處理用戶通過本服務辦理「免試換領或續領內地駕駛執照」事宜。本服務不會向未達法定成年人年齡的人士收集個人資料

4.3 當用戶通過本服務領取辦證籌時，香港工聯會跨境通聯服務中心會將客戶的個人資料傳送到深圳市政務服務中心交警服務廳（車管所分廳）以確認及安排處理辦證事項，並會將用戶於預約網站提供的個人資料保密，只有獲得授權的人士才可查閱。

4.4 香港工聯會跨境通聯服務中心會盡一切合理的努力確保持有的個人資料均儲存於可靠安全的地方，香港工聯會跨境通聯服務中心可將本服務所收集的個人資料提供或交予處理此類證件相關或允許人士。未經用戶同意，香港工聯會跨境通聯服務中心不會利用用戶提供的個人聯絡資訊，通知用戶其他預訂或交易的執行情況及有關產品宣傳資訊。
